Our pricing is per insurance, per state. For example, if you select 3 commercial insurances in 2 states on the Essentials plan, your cost would be 3 x 2 x $100 = $600. Government insurances (Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, CHAMPVA, VA Community Care Network) have higher rates due to their additional complexity and requirements.
Government insurances (Medicare, Medicaid, TRICARE, CHAMPVA, and VA Community Care Network) require more extensive documentation, longer processing times, and stricter compliance requirements. The higher pricing reflects the additional work involved in getting your practice credentialed with these payers.
Payment is collected after you submit your enrollment form. Once payment is confirmed, we send you the service agreement for electronic signature, and then we begin working on your credentialing immediately.
Yes, you can add more insurances or expand to additional states at any time. Each additional insurance/state combination is billed at your tier's per-insurance rate.
We accept credit/debit cards (via Stripe), ACH bank transfers, and wire transfers. For Enterprise clients, we can also arrange custom payment terms.
